Coronavirus Update - Wednesday, April 15
April 15, 2020
Update as of Wednesday, April 15, 2020

We hope all of you had a restful Spring Break and Easter and are now ready for the final push to the end of the school year.  The distance learning is going well with the work of our faculty, students, and families.  Thank you to all for the continued diligence.

Employees are on campus at varying hours, observing social distancing.  The following hours have been established for the convenience of all concerned:

The main office will be open Monday-Friday 10-2.  If you need someone during other hours, please call or email to make special arrangements.

Financial office will be open Tuesday and Thursday 10-2.  A box is located in the front office for payment drop off.  Payments can also be mailed.

Every Thursday the lunchroom will be open 10-2 to drop off packets or pick up packets upon notification from your teacher.

May 12 is the last day for new assignments.

May 13, 14, 15, and 18 are to be used for makeup work for assignments.  (All work will be graded for a 4th quarter grade.)

No finals for MS/HS

May 18-19 Drop off all books for MS/HS *

May 20-21 Drop off all books for elementary *

*If yearbooks are in by that time, they can be picked up on those days.

We are working on a date for individual cap and gown photos for K5 and Seniors.

We are still looking at plans for a prom and graduation when we are cleared to gather together in large groups.

This continues to be a time of trusting in the Lord as the Bible tells us.

Proverbs 3: 5-6  “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.”

Please continue to be in prayer for one another as we continue in this journey together.

Serving with you,

Stan Couey, Headmaster
