Trinity Grandparents Day 2014
September 16, 2014

On Friday, September 12, Trinity Christian School hosted their 24th Annual Grandparents Day in the H. Clyde Evans Fieldhouse on the Trinity campus.  The program opened with a big welcome from K4 and K5 students.  The theme for the day was “Salute to those who serve,” and the Trinity students honored First Responders, Pastors and the Armed Forces.  The Air Evac Team who assisted Trinity junior Jake Strickland in May was recognized and met the Strickland family for the first time.  Video clips of students from all grades were shown throughout the program expressing their love for their grandparents.   One of the highlights of the program was the performance of our Elementary and Middle School Ensemble recognizing all branches of our Armed Forces.  Veterans stood as their branch of service song selection was performed.   Each grade level recited their Scripture Verse and grandparent awards were given.  Grandparents Day 2014 was a huge success for the Trinity Family.
